Information you submit
When you request freight information or send a hay inquiry, the website processes the information needed to respond, such as your contact details, product request, quantity, destination, and unloading method.
How it is used
Inquiry information is used only to answer your request, confirm availability, and coordinate pickup, local delivery, or long-distance shipping. Fagundes Farms does not sell personal information.
Freight estimates and service providers
The freight estimator sends the selected hay type and destination ZIP code to secured server services that calculate route mileage and current planning-rate information. Contact details are not sent to the freight research providers.
Security and retention
Public forms use abuse protection, server-side validation, and encrypted HTTPS connections. Information submitted through the inquiry form is delivered to the farm's business email provider and retained only as needed for normal business follow-up and recordkeeping.
